Terry is honest, reliable and always delivers what he promised. I contracted an outdoor pluming job to Terry one year ago when he just started his business, I requested few installations for outdoor area, he was very honest with me and said I only needed one, he rang me to explain the situation and what was really needed; since then I hired him for several other plumbing and gas jobs! Now I am renovating my investment property, I am going to contract all the 1st/2nd fix plumbing jobs and gas cooking top installation to Terry – this explains a lot! I will keep coming back to Terry again and again whenever I need plumbing and gas services!!

Our hot water tank burst around 9pm. Impressed that Chris answered a call after 10pm and agreed to come out first thing the next morning. He showed up as promised, we discussed several options and pricing was transparent. Too easy. And we found out later in the day that the price quoted was much better value than another company I had also contacted. The entire job was done that day and the hot water has been flowing ever since without any trouble. Chris was exceptionally easy to work with and got the job done professionally. Highly recommended.

He saved the day, was out within half an hour and rectified the issue with a solution to keep my hot water operating! Highly recommend, punctual, polite and very reasonable fees. Needing a plumber urgently on a Saturday morning, I searched the Web for plumbers that were in close vicinity to my house. I found and called urgent plumbing and gas as they were in the same area as me, two streets away by chance. Chris answered and was actually about to drive past my house. Good timing. Chris was here in 10 seconds. Unbelievable service for a Saturday morning. Chris fixed the plumbing problem very quickly and was very professional. It is good to still find tradespeople like this. Urgent replacement of solar hot water service on a Saturday, company (Terry), quoted over the phone and on site same day to supply and install a new system. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Took away old system including solar panels for disposal. Everything left neat and tidy. Highly recommended, great job!!
