He showed up as promised, we discussed several options and pricing was transparent. Too easy. And we found out later in the day that the price quoted was much better value than another company I had also contacted. The entire job was done that day and the hot water has been flowing ever since without any trouble. Chris was exceptionally easy to work with and got the job done professionally. Highly recommended.
